Twenty five years of management experience, gained in private, community, voluntary and public sectors. This includes several senior posts in both a paid and voluntary capacity. Anthony joined the City and County in Swansea in 1999 and has worked to facilitate community development and regeneration in the BPP area since then. He initiated the formation of the Trust and has led its progress to date.

BOBBY GREY
Finance & Centre Manager
Bobby has worked for the Trust since February 2003. He has a background in finance and has worked for the public and private sectors. He began at the Trust as a Finance and Monitoring Officer in 2003 and later became the Finance & Centre Manager in 2005. His role includes being responsible for day to day management of The ARC and all financial related issues for Trust. He has been a member of the Army Cadet Force for the last thirteen years and currently holds the rank of Second Leiutenant; this has helped him to develop impressive management and leadership qualities.

DEBBIE JONESCommunity Development Officer (Lifelong Learning).
Debbie has worked in the Trust since the beginning. As an employee of the Council, she provided a strong administration service at the ARC. Her close contact with the centre users and the partner agencies made her an ideal person to organise the lifelong learning function of the Trust. Debbie also represents the Trust as a management committee member of other organisations in the area.

TRICIA MORGAN
Community Development Officer
Tricia started as a volunteer in the New Drop-in-Centre in 2004 she then went on to become a Director for the Trust and become an ILM Trainee at the Centre and then became employed by the Trust in August 2008 to promote the Charity Clothing Shop and the Fruit and Veg Co-op.
